heatmap(df[, level, order, title, cmap, ...])	Plot overlap coefficient heatmap.
links(mdata, grn, target, tfs[, gannot, ...])	Plot CRE-to-gene links for TFs in a genomic region.
ranking(df[, level, palette])	Plot a ranking figure with a barplot of mean F0.1 and a heatmap of rankings.
stats(df[, order, palette])	Plot GRN statistics as horizontal bar plots.
cre_to_tss_distance(df[, order, palette, ...])	Plot CRE-to-TSS distance distributions as horizontal boxplots.
